DAP big boss Lim Kit Siang was most vocal over Anwar Ibrahim's sedition case. He accused the police and the government of digging a grave for the Opposition Leader.
Well, he was trying to sensationalise the issue.
However, here comes an investigation on Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, also under the Sedition Act 1948.
If Lim questions the motive of Anwar's 2011 case, he should know that Zahid is under investigation for what he said back in 2009. Even IGP Khalid Abu Bakar had said that nobody, including Zahid, will be spared.
However, Lim, Anwar, lawyer Surendran and their buddies in Pakatan Rakyat (except from PAS) have been 'barking around' condemning the investigation, questioning why Anwar is being charged more than years after he was alleged making the 'seditious' statement in Gombak.
And to add weigh to their doubt, they even queried why no investigation was conducted on Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Come on, YB. Be sensible. The police is not bias, and will never be. Of all the accusations that Bukit Aman was 'being choosy' in picking up their cases, more and more Umno and BN people are under investigation.
The only thing Lim failed to realise is the fact that seditious statement comes more frequent from the opposition bench than the BN, and that explains why their numbers are up against the BN.
Zahid didn't object to investigation, unlike Anwar, Lim and their big mouth friends. And I think Zahid wouldn't mind going back to Kamunting (if ISA is still alive) as he was there once. If he is found guilty, he is ready to face the music.
But Anwar is so scared of going back to prison because it will put an end to his political dream to become a prime minister. Lim too (now so old already) will see his dream to 'terrorise Malaysian politics' comes to a halt if Anwar goes behind bars.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidiconfirmed yesterday that he was under investigation for his alleged racist remarks and had submitted relevant materials to the police to assist in investigations.Cool, Zahid. I believe he takes it like a real gentleman.
He admitted to being investigated for his remarks in a speech during the Pengkalan Kubor by-election campaign on Sept 23.
Ahmad Zahid said he has placed full confidence in the police to investigate the "minister who takes care of the police".
"Yes true, and I have already given not just the audio, but also visual and full transcript of my speech (to the police).
"I leave it to the police to investigate the minister, who takes care of the police and have full confidence in them," Ahmad Zahid told reporters at Parliament lobby today.
On Oct 8, Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said that Ahmad Zahid will be subjected to the standard operating procedures of any police investigation, regardless of his position as a minister.
The police began investigations last week into a report lodged by a DAP Rasah MP Teo Kok Seng against Ahmad Zahid, who was alleged to have uttered the sensitive remarks at a ceramah in Kelantan during the by-election.
Teo had accused the Umno vice-president of inciting racial sentiments by claiming at the ceramah that the DAP had tried to pit the Chinese against the Malays during the 2009 Perak constitutional crisis.

DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang today said police should explain why they had not investigated the Prime Minister and a former premier despite separate sedition reports lodged against them on Sept 24.What's Lim motive and intention, anyway? To have all Barisan Nasional leaders go behind bars as the only way to push Anwar up?He said such a report was lodged by DAP MP for Segambut Lim Lip Eng against Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.“Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar announced this morning that police had recorded a statement from Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi over his speech at the Pengkalan Kubor by-election over which Perak DAP and Dapsy lodged reports as being ‘seditious’.
