No freedom of speech in Pakatan Rakyat

They have been shouting aloud about freedom of expression, media freedom and for the Sedition Act be repealed. They harassed the government for trying to stamp out critics by enforcing the so-called draconian law.

However, 'cakap tak serupa bikin!' Pakatan Rakyat - DAP, PKR and PAS - is worse when it comes to shutting the mouth of those who criticise them.
GEORGE TOWN: The removal of Iszuree Ibrahim (pic) from all committees in the Penang Island Municipal Council (MPPP) by the DAP-led state government clearly shows that freedom of speech is not accepted in Pakatan Rakyat.
State Umno Liaison Committee chairman, Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman said DAP and the Penang government had started to show their true colours of not being receptive to criticisms, even from their political allies.
“The drastic action to drop Iszuree as an MPPP councillor representing PAS in Penang, last Friday came as no surprise to Umno.
“DAP, which has always claimed to be a champion of freedom of speech has now chosen the ‘silence your critics’ approach as practised by Singapore’s PAP whenever the party is criticised,” he said in a statement yesterday.
Yesterday, newspapers reported of Iszuree’s dismissal following the PAS state treasurer’s speech at the 60th PAS Muktamar (General Assemby) in Batu Pahat, Johor where he criticised the Penang government’s housing policy. Iszuree reportedly said he received a letter of release from MPPP, but the letter did not state the grounds for the action by the local authority though Iszuree had been a member of the council since 2010.
The letter dated Sept 26 informed that the state executive council (exco) had on Sept 25, decided to dismiss Iszuree from all committees in MPPP and to freeze all his allocations.
Zainal Abidin said Iszuree in his speech at the PAS Muktamar, had raised the problems faced by Penang Malays and the eviction of residents from the Malay traditional villages in the name of development since 2008.
He said Iszuree in representing Penang PAS at the Muktamar proved that both issues were really occurring on the island since DAP ruled the state and that the Penang government was not serious and sincere in addressing the issues.
Iszuree is a victim of 'a la communist' administration. You criticise, out you go...or you die!

He was just trying to unveil the truth about Penang Malays and the unfair treatment they've been getting from the DAP-led state government. Nothing's wrong with that.

BN will not take action on people like Iszuree. Some of its MPs and leaders had criticised the government over some policies but it was taken positively.

However, look at Pakatan Rakyat, especially DAP. You think they wont enact a similar law to the Sedition Act if they are able to wrest Putrajaya in the next general election?

I personally believe it could be the worst!
