They will never stop as it is part of the opposition strategies to undermine the Cabinet of PM Najib Tun Razak and avowing their displeasure at some 'unattended' issues.
And this time around, the police should have learned their lesson. My suggestion - as had been in the recent Bersih 3.0 - is for PDRM personnel be deployed at a distant and not somewhere near to the protesters.
While the police, according to IGP Ismail Omar are committed to ensuring that the rally planned for today will be peaceful, the Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat(HKR) organisers pledge to do their part to maintain order.

They would set up 40 beat points within a 1km radius of Stadium Merdeka to ensure smooth movement of pedestrians and rally participants.
KDN and Bukit Aman must also realise there are already 'dirty plans' by the opposition to put all the blame on them should they police are engaged in a brawl with the protesters. During Bersih 3.0, the Suhakam special inquiry pointed out mostly to the police for starting the chaos.
So, learn from the past, will you! Keep up to the good and clean image. Of course, the protesters would intimidate them for no reason but this is the time to stay out of trouble. Unless the rally turns ugly, then the police should take necessary steps to control it.
The rally is just another milestone to the opposition's intimidating politic. No doubt it will get a wide cover-up by foreign media who would spin and exaggerate it to its extreme, the government of Barisan Nasional must not pay too much attention to it.
HKR rally, regardless of the turnout, should not deter BN from carrying out its duty for the nation and the rakyat.
