Ku Nan's 'wrong' concern...

Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor has issued warnings that the party is monitoring 'six or seven' leaders for trying to badmouth the party.

Wow! Shall I give you a thumb up? I guess 'half thumb' for such a statement but another 'half thumb' down for neglecting the killing aspect of the party - corruption and nepotism!

Badmouthing the party and its leaders is not good at all. However, graft among some leaders can be a devastating factor; it erodes members' trust as well as Malaysians.
"If action must be taken against them, we will submit an investigation paper to the Disciplinary Board as we do not have the power to impose any action against them," he told reporters in Kuala Lumpur Monday.
He refused to name the leaders concerned.

To me, corruption is worse than bad mouth, sir. Just take a look at some Umno leaders - MPs and division heads alike - who got rich 'overnight'. Please go deep into how some ministers and deputy ministers work on government projects, who got it and are they related to them.

Why don't you? You can't? Pathetic!

Tengku Adnan also urged former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad not to meddle in the government's administration of the country.

He said the government did not need outsiders to interfere in every issue relating to the country's administration as it had its own way of dealing with them.

"Dr Mahathir is finished (retired)... enough is enough. Let the government resolve the problems. However, I respect his views.I am also aware that Tun Mahathir has now started condemning me and as secretary-general I am only doing my job as best as possible," he said when commenting on the call by Dr Mahathir that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak should resign.
Tengku Adnan also urged the public to stop putting new and old leaders at loggerheads because to him, this was not beneficial to any party.

He also said UMNO lawyers would be sending a reply note soon to Youth Academy chairman Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah, who is also an UMNO member and former UMNO Supreme Council member about a show-cause letter sent to him on Sept 28.

Tengku Adnan sent the show-cause letter concerning Saifuddin's presence at the launching ceremony of the opposition party new coalition, Pakatan Harapan, on Sept 22.

PS... if you respect Dr M's and others' view, just ensure that their allegations are wrong and baseless. Can you?
